2. Quotations & Estimates

  • Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Booking & Appointments

  • Appointment times are provided as accurately as possible, however delays may occasionally occur due to emergency callouts or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers must provide reasonable access to the property and work area.
  • If access is unavailable at the arranged time, a callout charge may apply.

4. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of the work unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • We accept bank transfer and other agreed payment methods.
  • Late payments may result in additional charges or recovery action.

5. Emergency Callouts

  • Emergency callout services are subject to availability.
  • While we aim to respond quickly, response times cannot always be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, workload, or ongoing emergency jobs.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Providing accurate information regarding the issue.
  • Ensuring safe access to the property.
  • Informing us of any known hazards or risks before work begins.

7. Materials & Parts

  • Any parts or materials supplied remain the property of ServoTherm Plumbing & Heating until full payment has been received.

  • We aim to use suitable quality materials for all work carried out.

8. Guarantees & Warranty

  • Workmanship guarantees apply only to work directly carried out by ServoTherm Plumbing & Heating.

  • Manufacturer warranties apply separately to any supplied products or equipment.

  • Guarantees do not cover: misuse or neglect, existing faults not related to our work, customer-supplied materials, issues caused by third parties.

9. Liability

  • We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing issues, hidden defects, or damage caused by faulty existing systems or installations.

10. Cancellations

  • Please provide as much notice as possible if cancelling or rearranging an appointment.

  • Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings.
